friendly staff extra mile
The hotel is very close to landmarks in the area! I found that the front desk staff, Sarah, Serena, and Doris, were especially helpful and always smiling! They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was worthwhile.

the location was very convenient for accessing local attractions. I found it so easy to explore the surrounding areas. the staff, including sarah and bella, were amiable. they provided attentive service throughout my stay.
the online pictures created a different impression from reality. the hallways had visible dirt. the furniture looked aged and worn.

a decent experience
cute staff attentive staff small rooms dead cockroach
The staff were amazing. thomas, emma and sam were really nice. they took care of everything i needed. i could not have asked for more cute staff.
the rooms were quite small, i found that. this information is in the room description though. during breakfast one morning, there was a dead cockroach near the table. the manager took care of it when i mentioned it.

Decent Stay, Disappointing Details
small room underwhelming breakfast
The room I booked, a Beautiful Double or Twin Room, felt smaller than expected. Breakfast was also underwhelming. I spotted a dead insect near the buffet table (the staff addressed it when pointed out). It felt overpriced compared to other options in the area.

A Good City Escape
fresh fruits friendly staff helpful laundry
I found the breakfast buffet good, offering many fresh fruits. The staff were always available and provided recommendations. I particularly appreciated their laundry service at USD2 per kilogram, a bonus. The location was very good for discovering places.
My room faced a noisy street. I wish the soundproofing was better. Sleeping was hard.

The dining room was accessible. It had a nice layout and it felt very clean. Breakfast provides a variety of options. It will certainly suit all tastes.

The team members from the restaurant were flexible and accomodating. All the staff were helpful. Some of them were excellent in what they do. They always give their best for every guest.

My room included enough space to store my belongings. The bathroom was clean. It had all the amenities that I wanted. I would go back to this room again.

The hotel was central to the area. It was on a peaceful side street near many attractions. Hoan Kiem Lake and the French Quarter are both easily accessible. This location is an advantage for tourists.

central gem with attentive staff
helpful staff wide variety
I found the staff helpful during my four-night stay. They assisted with directions and local recommendations! the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and local pastries. the hotel is centrally located. It made exploring the city's attractions very convenient.
The room i stayed in, while clean, felt quite small. This made it difficult to fully unpack and move around comfortably. i would have preferred a bit more space to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The breakfast buffet included both vietnamese and western options. I saw fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes available. the dining area provided a good view of the surrounding streets. I also noticed that there were always staff present to assist guests.

The hotel is on a quiet side street near major attractions. I walked to hoan kiem lake in about ten minutes. i observed several restaurants and shops within a block of the hotel. These offered a variety of dining and shopping choices.
